I Remembered It As Red

This is acrylic, collage and acrylic marker. It is based on an old black and white photo of my Mother. I wanted to express the idea of how one's remembrance of the past can be faulty. Framing it on the angle serves two purposes. First to balance the composition and second to add to the feeling of uncertainty.
